DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT POLICY:

Cancellations outside of 60 days receive a credit extended to 1 year, cancellations within 60 days are non-refundable. FULL PAYMENT is DUE ON ARRIVAL (3% fee on credit cards). Deposits must be received within 14 DAYS of making reservations. Dates must be rebooked if there is a delay.
