Waterfront
- $2,500 per season to secure your site (May 15th to October 15th)
- 20% discount off the seasonal fee, until all upgrades are complete
- Storage fee: Additional $100 per month (6 month minimum)
- One time cost of $200 per year for septic service and electricity
- 20% payment by March 1st, 40% – May 15th, 40% – July 15th
- Notice required by March 1st for the May 1st renewal for the new season
- Dock your boat in front of your site
Off Water Sites
- $1,800 per season to secure your site (May 15th to October 15th)
- 20% discount off the seasonal fee, until all upgrades are complete

Services
- Garbage to be placed in garbage depot
- Vehicle septic tank to be connected to system by renter
- Grass cut by management
- On-site boat launch available for use
- Above noted storage fee is for your vehicle, camper, boat and trailer

Guidelines
- Sites – 40 ft. X 50 ft. deep (200 sq.ft)
- 30 amp service and water
- Approx. 2000 liters septic pump out included
- maximum 30′ trailer – year 2000 and newer
- 4 people permitted per site
- camper/boat & trailer/& vehicle permitted on site
- additional storage and guests (on occasion) – extra fee
- moveable dock and maximum 150 sqft’ deck permitted.
- Total Maximum “footprint” (all structures) less then 500 sq ft. per site
- 30 days notice required for terminating rental
